Racking Systems
A properly supported coil is a reliable coil. We supply and install the structural racking system that holds your coil assembly in place inside the tank — engineered to fit your specific tank dimensions and designed to last.
The racking system is available as a standalone service or as part of a complete coil installation package. Either way, we handle supply and installation — you don't need to source materials or coordinate separate contractors.

Do you need to remove the tank for coil installation?
No. We work inside the tank in place. Our crew enters the vessel, bends the pipe on-site using our mobile pipe bending machine, and installs the coil without any need to move or remove the tank.
What pipe sizes do you work with?
We install 1.5" and 2" schedule 40 or 80 pipe as standard. If your project requires a different spec, contact us and we will confirm compatibility before quoting.
Can you fabricate coils on-site at our facility?
Yes — that is our core capability. We bring a mobile pipe bending machine directly to your facility. Coils are bent to match your exact tank geometry on the spot, which eliminates shipping lead times and ensures a precise fit.
What types of coils do you install?
We install helical (spiral) coils, pancake coils, and custom configurations depending on tank geometry and process requirements. We also supply and install racking systems to support the coil inside the vessel.
Do you handle both heating and cooling applications?
Yes. We install coils for both heating and cooling applications. The coil geometry and pipe spec are determined by your process fluid, temperature targets, and tank dimensions — all of which we review during the site assessment.
